In production the parameters that get watched are fill weight, cap torque and reject count — not line speed. Line speed is a derived number; push it up without re-checking fill weight and you ship short fills.實際生產時盯的是灌裝重量、旋蓋扭力、剔廢數量 —— 不是線速。線速是個導出值；不重新核對灌裝重量就提速，出來的就是灌裝量不足。

A dropper is a compliant assembly, not a rigid cap. On a 30 ml bottle, a two-millimetre pipette misalignment is the difference between drawing product and drawing air — and it looks fine in an inspection report.滴管是柔性組件，不是剛性瓶蓋。在 30 ml 瓶上，玻璃管偏兩毫米，就是「吸到料」與「吸到空氣」的分別 —— 而它在檢驗報告上是看不出來的。
